Werneth Low Golf Club has an active membership of circa 250 comprising of Men, Ladies and Junior playing members. There is a particularly active, fun loving  and well run seniors section which plays on a Thursday afternoon with a regular attendance of 40+ seniors. In addition the club has many social members who avail themselves of the very active social scene, excellent facilities and beautiful surroundings. Anyone wishing to join the golf club should initially email the Secretary with the information as below.

 

Werneth Low Golf Club is run solely for the benefit of its members with the objective of providing a positive hollistic golf experience for all its members. After joining you will receive an internationally recognised EGU handicap certificate and can then take part in all club competitions, the main comp day being a Sunday.

 

You will also be eligible if desired to be able to play in the many inter-league club matches against other local clubs both at home and away. All members also receive a swipe card entitling you 15% off all drinks purchased at the club bar. Direct debit/standing order options for payment of fees are available.

 

However the real benefits of being a golf club member are much more than this and just a few are listed below.

Family discounts are available, please contact the Membership Secretary for details.

All members are issued with a membership card which allows entrance to the clubhouse and locker room and a 15% discount on drinks purchased in the clubhouse.

 

Full Membership

The procedure is that on completion of the application form you will be invited along with other applicants to attend an informal meeting with the membership committee. The meeting is usually held no later than six weeks from receipt of the completed application form. Please be aware of the dress code within the golf club.

 

Junior Membership

The procedure is that on completion of the application form you will be invited along with other applicants to attend an informal meeting with the membership committee and Junior Organiser.
